“Sunny Space quickly became my favourite spot in Kelowna!! I joined Sunny being completely new to pilates and I have never felt more welcomed in a fitness facility. They are happy to adjust every movement to every member to make sure everyone is getting what they need out of a class. The music, vibes, instructors, and other members are all great. Would recommend this place to anyone.”

OUR CORE VALUES

OUR CORE VALUES ⋆

  • CONNECTION

We want our members to feel at home the moment they walk in.

Connection is at the heart of what we do: knowing names, celebrating progress, and creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and genuinely welcomed. We are more than a studio; we are a community that lifts each other up.

  • Intentionality

Everything we do has purpose, with no fluff and no filler.

From our class programming to the smallest details in our branding and member experience, every choice is made with intention. We do not offer movements that simply look fun without providing real benefit. If it does not move our clients forward, it does not make it into our studio.

  • Continuous Improvement

Growth is our standard for both our members and our team.

We are committed to expanding our knowledge, refining our teaching, and staying curious. The more we learn, the better we can serve our community. We want that same spirit of progress for our members: consistent, meaningful growth that feels genuinely empowering.

  • Joyful Discipline

We take our training seriously, but we take ourselves lightly.

Movement should feel good, empowering, and enjoyable. While our programming is grounded in science and structure, the atmosphere under our roof is warm, uplifting, and joyfully human. When you enjoy your workout, everything else falls into place.
