While we take pride in our beautiful space and supportive community, it’s the results you’re after, and that’s exactly what we’re dedicated to delivering.
All our classes follow structured frameworks that ensure you’re hitting all the right angles. We focus on working to (or near) failure, progressive overload and consistency to ensure you keep making progress.
What we don’t do: One-size-fits-all spring and weights (because everyone’s different), or exercises that look impressive but don’t actually build strength. Our programming is about progressing you forward-no fluff, no guesswork-just real results from instructors who genuinely care.

The Pilates you know and love, but make it Sunny. A purposeful reformer flow that focuses on lengthening, balance, stabilization and muscle endurance. Expect controlled and intentional movements that challenge you in the best way possible. With beginner, intermediate, and advanced options available, this class is designed for all levels.

strength
Work through heavy, controlled movements in the 10 to 20 rep range designed to challenge every major muscle group. These full body exercises will push your strength while naturally elevating your heart rate, giving you an intense, strength-focused burn. This class builds functional strength and supports bone density. Not suitable for those who are pregnant, recovering from injury, or brand new to Pilates.

(lower & upper)
You can expect increased resistance, heavier weights, and longer holds. We push you to (or near) muscle failure to ensure you keep seeing results. When you start to plateau, we implement progressive overload to keep you advancing. With beginner, intermediate, and advanced options available, this class is designed for all levels.
TLC
Tender loving care for that body of yours that gets you where you need to go. Enjoy deep stretching, intentional breathing, and relaxation for the ultimate reset. This class focuses on releasing tension, improving flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. Ideal for all levels.
lunchtime abs & arms
This 40-minute ab burner is perfect for those on a tight schedule. Exactly as it sounds, expect a series of targeted exercises designed to challenge and strengthen your arms and core. This class finishes with an optional 5-minute cool down. Ideal for all levels.
lunchtime glutes & abs
This 40-minute glute burner is perfect for those on a tight schedule. Exactly as it sounds, expect a series of targeted exercises designed to challenge and strengthen your glutes and core. This class finishes with an optional 5-minute cool down. Ideal for all levels.
intermediate
A Pilates experience designed to challenge you at every twist and bend. Expect challenging movements that require total body awareness, balance and control. Not suitable for those who are pregnant, recovering from an injury or those who are new to Pilates. Instructor approval required before attending.
