Sunny Space Talks: Body Neutrality
In collaboration with CMHA and Discovery College…
Reflection Reimagined helps you shift how you think about your body, build confidence, and address body image struggles in a supportive, stigma-free space. This workshop invites you to break free from self-criticism, challenge harmful appearance-based narratives, and explore a more compassionate, values-based relationship with yourself.
What is Reflection Reimagined?
Reflection Reimagined is a free 3-hour body image workshop designed to shift how participants think about their bodies and themselves. Rather than focusing on appearance-based narratives, this workshop invites individuals to explore an attitude-focused relationship with their bodies, grounded in self-compassion, core values, and body neutrality. Through guided conversations, reflective activities, and community connections, participants will learn practical tools to challenge unhelpful self-talk, navigate body image distress, and foster healthier, more compassionate self-perception.
Held at Sunny Space Pilates Studio, the workshop creates a welcoming, mirror-free environment that prioritizes internal awareness over external appearance. It’s intended for individuals experiencing mild to moderate body image concerns, offering an inclusive, stigma-free alternative to traditional mental health settings. Through meaningful discussions, values-based reflection, and activities promoting joyful, intuitive movement, Reflection Reimagined helps participants reconnect with their bodies in supportive, sustainable ways.
